The SUIS Gubei Elite Programme is designed for outstanding students in Grades 9–12 with aspirations to attend world-leading universities. It offers a 50% tuition waiver for Grade 9 and full tuition coverage for Grades 10–12, paired with tailored academic guidance, personalized university counseling, and priority access to exclusive resources. This support empowers students to target Ivy League universities, Oxford, Cambridge, and other top global institutions.

The SUIS Gubei Elite Program adopted a rigorous, three-stage selection process. Academic performance served as the initial filter that only students with outstanding grades and strong academic records were shortlisted. From this pool, candidates submitted a detailed portfolio showcasing their achievements and experiences. The review committee then evaluated these materials to assess personal initiative, depth of involvement, and impact. Finally, shortlisted candidates proceeded to a committee interview, where their critical thinking, communication skills, and overall readiness were assessed. Only those who excelled at all three stages were confirmed as final award recipients.
协和古北英才计划采用了严格的三阶段选拔流程。学业成绩作为首轮筛选条件，只有成绩优异、学术履历优异的学生才能入围。在此基础上，候选学生提交相关材料，展示个人成就与经历。评审委员会通过审核材料，评估学生的自主行动力、参与深度与综合影响力。最后，入围学生需参加委员会面试，考察其思辨能力、沟通能力与综合素养。全部环节表现优异者，方可最终获评奖项。
