The campus came alive with laughter and chatter as old friends reunited – snapping selfies at the photo wall, sharing bear hugs, and reliving memories before the day’s festivities even began.
清晨的校园洋溢着欢快的氛围，校友们陆续抵达，在签名墙前驻足合影，定格重逢的喜悦。熟悉的笑容、久违的拥抱，重逢的喜悦为活动拉开序幕。
The grand hall came alive as the first piano notes rang out—Alumna and music teacher Susan Qin coaxing sultry tango rhythms from the grand piano, her fingers dancing through El Choclo’s passionate melodies. Midway through the Argentine classic, Grade 11 students Vivian Jin and Naomi Kong swept in with their violins, their strings weaving seamlessly with Susan’s keys in a performance so fluid it seemed telepathic. The trio’s chemistry transformed the hall into a Buenos Aires milonga,.

Amid warm applause, Principal Mr Walsh took the stage and shared SUIS-GB’s development journey over the years.”From having just a dozen graduates in our earliest years to now seeing hundreds graduate annually, our campus grows livelier each year!” the principal said with a smile.
He highlighted the school’s progress in teaching facilities, curriculum development, and international exchanges, giving special thanks to all faculty and alumni. “It is through the collective efforts of every member that SUIS-GB continues to grow.”In closing, he encouraged current students to cherish their time on campus and welcomed alumni to visit often. “No matter how the school develops, this will always be your home.”

Now, let’s revisit this formula—” In an instant, Mr Go, the teacher representative, transported alumni back to his math classroom. The beloved teacher had everyone chuckling with his signature “mathematical metaphors” for life lessons.
But the lighthearted opening gave way to something deeper. “No matter who you’ve become,” he said, voice softening, “to me, you’ll always be the students hunched over your workbooks, solving problems with that same determination. Never forget—each of you matters.”
Then came the mic drop moment: Mr Go suddenly cued the music and belted out Greatest Love of All in his rich baritone. As his voice filled the auditorium, a grad whispered, “After all these years—he still knows how to catch us off guard!

但轻松的开场后，是他真挚的告白：“无论你们现在是什么身份，在老师眼里，永远都是那个在作业本上认真解题的少年。记住，你们每个人都很重要。”
最令人惊喜的莫过于尾声 ——Mr Go 突然拿起话筒，以浑厚的嗓音深情献唱《Greatest Love of All》，歌声回荡在礼堂。有毕业生感叹：“这么多年过去了，Mr Go还是这么会制造惊喜！”
Isaac Huang, an alumnus from the Class of 2021 at our school, won warm applause from the audience with his guitar solo performance of “La La Lost You.” With exquisite playing skills and an infectious stage presence, he perfectly conveyed the lyrical atmosphere of the song, adding a touch of moving musical color to the event.
我校 2021 级校友 Isaac Huang 带来吉他独奏《La La Lost You》，细腻的指法与饱含情感的演绎赢得现场阵阵热烈掌声。他以细腻的演奏技巧和富有感染力的表现，将这首歌曲的抒情氛围完美呈现，为活动增添了一抹动人的音乐色彩。
This career exploration event featured four distinguished professionals from diverse industries, who delivered an engaging sharing session. Representatives from different fields offered valuable workplace insights and life advice to current students by recounting their unique career journeys and industry perspectives.
The panelists engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics including career choices and professional development , industry trends and core competencies, job-hunting tips for overseas returnees, etc.
Through interactive Q&A sessions, they addressed students’ specific concerns. This cross-industry dialogue painted a realistic picture of various professional landscapes, providing meaningful inspiration for alumni’s career planning.

Alumni returned to their student days, enjoying a delicious buffet at the SUIS GB cafeteria while chatting and laughing with former classmates and teachers.

At this afternoon alumni sharing session, we were honored to host SUIS GB alumni from the UK, US, Canada and Singapore who delivered transcontinental study-abroad experience sharing for current students and parents. Drawing from their personal academic journeys, the alumni provided comprehensive analysis of each country’s educational characteristics and challenges across academic environments, cultural life and career prospects.
This event not only established an international alumni network, but more importantly helped current SUIS GB students clarify their overseas study plans through real-life cases. Moving forward, we will continue expanding our global alumni resources to provide more reference points for students’ overseas studies and life beyond!

The basketball court came alive again—alumni laced up their sneakers for some good old-fashioned pickup games. No professional referees, no strict rules—just former classmates playing half-court like they used to. Exactly like the old days. Bottled water lined the sidelines, phones ready to capture the highlights.
篮球馆又热闹起来了——校友们换上球鞋，没有专业裁判，没有严格赛制，就是一群老同学，打着熟悉的半场。有人依旧是招牌后仰跳投的“球场王者”，有人刚跑两步就气喘吁吁（岁月的痕迹懂的都懂），但抢到篮板喊出的那句“好板！”，还和当年一模一样。场边放着矿泉水，手机录像随时准备抓拍精彩瞬间。
