爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。2月24日，协和高中部迎来了2023年开年首场学生集会（assembly）。整场assembly从策划到最终成型都是由十年级的学生们自主完成，这不单单提供给学生们一个可以充分展现才艺的机会，同时也锻炼和培养了学生们的组织能力、创造性、和执行力等。In the roar of firecrackers, the old year has passed; The warm spring breeze brings the New Year. On February 24th, the High School Division ushered the first assembly of 2023. This whole assembly is organized by Grade 10 students from planning down to final presentation. It not only provided students with an opportunity to fully display their talents, but also exercised and cultivated students’ abilities such as their creativity, execution and organization skills.此次assembly的主题是“鸿鹄之志”。希望高中生们能够胸怀大志，不惧怕追逐自己的梦想。努力着，一步一步向着自己的梦想靠近。The theme of this assembly is “Dream big”. We hope all students aim high and strive to pursue their dreams.

随着悠扬的钢琴声和吉他伴奏的响起，十年级A班的吕诺言和十年级D班的汪隐同学为大家带来了精彩绝伦的开场表演《Lovely》。伴着两位同学优美的歌声，2023年高中部二月份学生集会正式拉开了帷幕。Lisa from G10A and Nelly from G10D brought a wonderful performance《Lovely》to everyone. With the beautiful singing of the two students, the first assembly officially began.

台下掌声四起给予开场表演最热烈的欢呼，随即四位主持人登场，来自十年级A班的陈苏香，B班的陈尚乐，D班的高语恫和范易鑫同学为大家介绍了此次集会的主题。正如他们所说“如果你不相信自己，你永远不会知道自己的潜力有多大。”敢于做梦是通向成功的钥匙，希望学生们新的一年能够做到的-敢于“梦”，实现“梦”。In the applause for the performance, four hosts then came to the stage. Sue (G10A), Shirley (G10B), Tony (G10D) and Eason (G10D) introduced the theme of the assembly. As they said, “You never know your potentials if you don’t believe in yourself.” Dreaming big is the key to success, we encourage students to be brave and dare to “dream” and work hard to achieve their goals.
